How can I access my Pivot Coaching account? 
Click here to log in and view your account. Your log-in email is the same one associated with your Pivot Coaching check-out email, unless you updated your email preferences since then :) 

I forgot my password! How can I reset it? 
No worries! Click over to this link and click “forgot password” at the bottom. 

What is included in my coaching package? 
The Pivot Coaching package includes 1-4 coaching sessions each month held over the phone with email in-between. The number and length of coaching sessions each month varies by coach. 

Pivot Coaching also comes with complimentary access to Momentum, Jenny’s private community for smart, generous, creative, heart-based business owners. Learn more about the community and sign up here

How does billing work? Do I need to renew my coaching each month? 
Nope—you’re all set! Your Pivot Coaching renews automatically each month, using your original payment method. 

How do I update my payment method?
Click here to log in to your account. In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile avatar/photo and navigate to “Settings.” Once you are on the settings page, click “Billing Info” in the upper right-hand corner to update your payment method on file. 

Can I pause or skip a month in my coaching? 
Because there is typically a waitlist for Pivot Coaching, we are unable to offer temporary pauses for current clients. If you have specific scheduling requests, please reach out to your coach! 

I would like to end my time in Pivot coaching. How can I cancel my recurring payments? 
Click here to log in to your account. In the upper right-hand corner, click your profile avatar/photo and navigate to “Settings.” Once you are on the settings page, click “Billing Info” in the upper right-hand corner. From there you can manage your subscription. 

Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the Pivot Coaching experience, we are unable to offer refunds when sessions and/or services have already been provided for the month. If you’d like to end your coaching engagement, we ask that you complete your remaining sessions for the month.
