Work with Jenny
I’m fascinated by strategies for navigating change, and I live for helping smart, talented, optimistic people like you embrace chaos and uncertainty as doorways of opportunity. In particular, I love helping busy executives work (and stress) less through smart systems, so that you can free up time for your best, most strategic work. Check out my latest course, Delegation Ninja, for my best tips, tools and templates for turning frantic into freedom.
Although I currently have a waitlist for clients who want to work with me on an ongoing basis, I do open up a few select slots each month for 60-minute strategy sessions to give you a powerful kick-start in the direction you want to go. After doing a strategy session together, we'll have a strong foundation and I can let you know as soon as spots open up for monthly retainer if you'd like to continue working together.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Here's a bit more detail on how we will work together
Where are you spending your time? And more importantly, are you happy with it?
I work with executives and entrepreneurs to optimize their time and their teams.
I love partnering with people who are smart, passionate and successful in their field (you’re the genius, here!), but have hit a plateau—those who are looking to move beyond burnout and claim the business that is waiting beyond the busywork.
I have over ten years of experience working with Silicon Valley start-ups—two years at a technology start-up as the first employee, over five and a half years at Google on the Training and Career Development teams, and now 6+ years of running my own business. I combine my love of technology with my superpower of simplifying complexity to help clients build powerful, efficient businesses that make a positive impact on the world.
ARE YOU ROBBING FROM TOMORROW TO PAY TODAY?
I don’t believe in the mantra “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” or burning the candle at both ends to get ahead. I’m tired of a world where it is normal to feel depleted and exhausted by our work instead of energized and on fire — where people numb out with TV, food, devices and drinking because of overwhelm from all-consuming work. If you’ve hit a plateau and you know it’s time to elevate your approach to work, keep reading.
Getting sucked into the void of email, social media, list posts, text messages, and TV shows, it can be incredibly difficult to pull ourselves out by our time and bandwidth bootstraps and invest in what really matters.
You’ve certainly heard the cliché “work smarter, not harder” but you may have a hard time following it. I believe stressors, bottlenecks, and looooong hours are sign-posts for a systems problem in my business (and yours). If something is causing tremendous stress or making you feel like you have to work around the clock, it’s probably time to take a step back and figure out how to systematize or automate your processes even further.
THAT’S WHERE I COME IN
When I’ve hit my own plateaus, it’s my coaches that have given me the perspective and courage to take the risks that make sense, when they make sense.
I am here to help you do the same. I am part coach, part mentor, part cheerleader, part observer, part strategist, and part accountability partner.
I am here to help you see an even bigger, bolder reality than you could imagine for yourself.
Coaching is not about analyzing your past (that’s therapy) or telling you what to do (that’s consulting); coaching is about looking forward and finding the answers from within. You are the expert on your life and business. I will be the champion who will help you become more conscious about the systems and strategy to take things to a new level.
It is time to move beyond burnout and claim the career that is waiting for you beyond the busywork. I work with executives and entrepreneurs to create systems and strategies that generate unstoppable momentum, freedom and ease.
Together we will work through the following phases:
- Vision: Where is your business heading? Are you happy with the direction? How does this fit with your overall lifestyle goals?
- Strategy: What does success look like six months from now? One year? Together we will craft an aggressive strategy that puts your attention back on the key metrics that will grow your business in the ways that are important to you.
- Systems: Where are you the bottleneck in your business? How are your daily routines supporting your best work? I’ll share tools, templates and strategies to help maximize your efficiency and free your time (and your teams) to make the biggest impact.
- Action Plan: What should you tackle first? What do you need to do, drop or delegate? We’ll come up with a concrete set of next steps, and I’ll share tools and templates to short-cut any steps in the process that will save you time. I’ll hold you accountable for moving forward with what’s most important to you, and we’ll recalibrate every few weeks to make sure you’re still working on what matters most.
I have over ten years of experience working with Silicon Valley start-ups—two years at a technology start-up as the first employee, over five years at Google on the Training and Career Development teams, and three years of running my own business. I combine my love of technology with my superpower of simplifying complexity to help clients build powerful, efficient businesses that make a positive impact on the world.
One of my superpowers is taking detailed notes while listening — you’ll leave with 2-3 organized pages of your thoughts and next steps, so that you’re free to walk or look out a window (or otherwise free up your brain) while we’re on the phone.
Normally one month of coaching with me costs $1,500 for three calls with email in-between. When my client roster is full, I open up slots for one-off strategy sessions, which is also a great way to see if we’re a fit for a longer term coaching engagement.
