TONY MCGAHARAN

Helping people learn and grow is my passion. My entire career has been centred around educating others. In 2020 I started my own learning and development consultancy business (peopleplaybook.co) and have been working with a wide variety of clients, from the NHS to Ubisoft.

Each client comes to me with their unique needs and challenges and I enjoy adapting my skills and approach to each company to bring out the best from their team and people. I have benefitted from great coaches in the past and I strongly believe in the value of paying it forward. Carving out time for coaching and helping others in a 1:1 setting provides the opportunity for individualised support.

Fun Fact: I’ve been coaching basketball since I was 15 years old. When I was 21 years old, in my third year of college, I took a year out to coach a semi professional women’s basketball team in northern Sweden.
